Carb Cut-back

I have realized that since cutting out animal products, I have been eating many more carbs. In an effort to cut back, I tried to eat carbs only one meal today.

Breakfast- Irish steel cut oats with blue agave nectar and apples
Lunch- Shirataki noodles(only 40 calories for a whole bag!) w/ peanut butter
Dinner- BBQ Tofu "ribs"  ( don't taste like ribs but have a good tangy bbq-like taste with almost no sugar)
