Follow Us On Our Journey To Wellness

We are preparing to begin our 21 day cleanse! We will be following the advice given in Kathy Freston's book : " The Quantum Wellness Cleanse" . We will be cutting out the "Big Five": 1. Animal Products: Meat and Dairy 2. Alcohol 3. Caffeine 4. Sugar 5. Gluten. Follow our progress by entering your email in the box below. You will be updated each time we post. We will be updating daily on what we eat (pictures included), how we feel and struggles we encounter. Three girls, three different backgrounds, three different opinions, ONE goal...Health!
