I am feeling good today but I am tired..My food choices are starting to become pretty routine but I think I need to add in more exercise to keep my energy levels up.
Some natural energy boosters :
-Eat Chia Seeds- full of B vitamins , protein and fiber- sprinkle some in your yogurt or on your salad.They are available at stores such as Whole Foods.
-Take a 10 minute walk: You will be energized for up to two hours according to a study in Personality and Social Psychology
- Drink green drinks in the place of coffee for non-jittery energy
I have been drinking Cavalla in the morning.. cocoa that brews like coffee but is caffeine and sugar free.It tastes best when made in the french press. Besides being yummy and comforting, it is also full of antioxidants.
