I am excited yet scared to begin the cleanse. But really- what am I afraid of? That I won't be able to complete it? That I will feel ackward in social situations? That my cravings will be too intense? So far everyone has been supportive, even if they are a bit perplexed.
Armed with a full lunch box, I had lots of healthy goodness to eat today:
Breakfast: Gluten free bagel with coconut oil, Cavalla (caffeine-free coffee-like drink)
Lunch: Salad with chia seeds and sprouted veggie burger crumbles
Snacks: fruit, flax crackers and hummus, nuts
Dinner: Quinoa pasta with cannellini beans and tomatoes
Made it through day one okay. 20 days to go!
She is definitely a writer. The food sounds good.
