Today marks our halfway point of the cleanse! Yesterday my co-workers had pizza and cupcakes for lunch. I was fine skipping the pizza for a big salad but really wanted a cupcake! I did , however, maintain my willpower.
My stomach feels really good- I have not felt bloated at all. My next goals are to increase my water intake and exercise more. I am feeling better every day. :)
