Today was not as easy as
yesterday. I was really craving coffee
today. I had a full 8 hours of sleep,
there was not a reason for me to be so tired, but I found it hard to get the motivation
to get anything done. Around 2, I had
such a bad headache, but once I relaxed for a minute and had a glass of orange
juice , I felt much better. Also, after
my chiropractic adjustment I had a burst of energy. Hopefully I feel better Wednesday!
Breakfast: Brown rice and millet
flake cereal with almond milk and banana.
Lunch: Claire’s Corner Copia Bean
and Escarole Soup and a Roasted Veggie Salad.
Snack: Orange Juice
Dinner: Kale with tomatoes and
cannellini beans over quinoa spaghetti and salad
Dessert: Watermelon
