Refreshing


I’m starting to listen to my body and only eat when I am hungry instead of eat because it is " time to eat".   Today I felt energized but did not eat much food.  I am challenging my old way of eating and really paying close attention to the signals my body gives me. 

Breakfast/Lunch: Watermelon, banana, apple, orange juice, and chia seed smoothie.

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash with tomato sauce and Salad.
